Terms of Use: how this website may be used
These Terms govern the use of the website most-agro.com. By using the site you accept them. They cover the status of the prices and information published here, who the site is intended for, when a sale contract actually arises, intellectual property, disclaimers and governing law.

Who runs this website
The website most-agro.com (the "Site") is operated by OOO MOSTAGRO (the "Operator", "we"), a company registered in the Russian Federation: OGRN 1227700328844, INN 9701208412, KPP 770101001. Registered address: 105066, Moscow, Basmanny municipal district, Nizhnyaya Krasnoselskaya St., 39, bldg. 1. The full legal card is on the About page.
Legal notices concerning the Site may be sent to the export desk email (link below), which is monitored on working days, or to the registered address.
Everything on the Site is indicative
All prices published on the Prices pages, on product and market pages, in price indicators, historical series, specifications and any other commercial data on the Site are indicative only. They do not constitute a public offer, a firm offer, a quotation or a binding commitment to sell within the meaning of Art. 435–437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation or any equivalent provision of foreign law.
Price, availability, origin, specification, quantity, Incoterm, shipment schedule, packing, inspection regime, payment terms and all other commercial conditions are subject to separate confirmation by the Operator for each specific transaction.
Business counterparties only
The Site is publicly accessible, but the commercial information on it and any dealings with the Operator are intended exclusively for B2B counterparties: companies, sole proprietors, traders, distributors, mills, feed producers, tender desks and other professional buyers acting in the course of their business. The Operator does not sell to consumers.
The Operator does not enter into transactions with persons or in jurisdictions where this is prohibited by applicable sanctions, export-control, anti-money-laundering, KYC/KYB or other mandatory requirements. Every prospective counterparty is subject to the Operator's compliance checks, and the Operator may decline to quote or to contract without giving reasons.
Only a signed Sales Contract / SPA binds the parties
A sale and purchase transaction arises only after the parties have agreed and signed the relevant Sales Contract or Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) through their authorised representatives.
Information on the Site, a request for quotation submitted through the contact form, correspondence by email or WhatsApp, indicative quotations, price indications, proforma documents and any other preliminary commercial discussions do not by themselves create a contract of sale and are not binding on either party unless and to the extent they are expressly incorporated into a signed Sales Contract / SPA. The Process page describes the steps in general terms; the signed contract alone governs each deal.
What you may and may not do with our content
The texts, design, photographs, graphics, logos, product materials, price board, data series and the structure of the Site are protected by copyright and related rights and belong to the Operator or are used under licence.
Permitted without prior permission:
- Quoting individual price indicators and short excerpts of Site materials, provided that most-agro.com is named as the source and the date of the indicator is stated.
- Linking to any page of the Site.
Prohibited without the Operator's written permission:
- Mass copying or reproduction of Site content.
- Systematic or automated scraping, crawling for content extraction, or bulk downloading of pages or data.
- Republishing the price database or price history, in whole or in substantial part, in any form.
- Using the MOSTAGRO logos, emblem or brand graphics.
- Building commercial databases, indices or paid products on the basis of our price board.
No warranty on information or availability
Price indicators, market information, specifications, freight and market commentary and news on the Site are provided for general informational purposes only. They may be based on third-party information, market observations and automated data or content processing; they may change without prior notice; and they are not guaranteed to be real-time quotations or final commercial prices.
The materials in the News section are informational as well. They must not be treated as a contractual representation, as investment advice or as a guaranteed description of future market conditions.
The Operator does not warrant that the Site will be available at all times, free of technical errors, or accessible without interruption. To the extent permitted by mandatory law, the Operator is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on Site content or from the unavailability of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
External resources
The Site contains links to third-party resources and uses third-party services — for example WhatsApp (wa.me) for messaging. Those resources are operated by third parties under their own terms and privacy policies. The Operator does not control them and is not responsible for their content, availability or data practices. Law of the Russian Federation
These Terms and the use of the Site are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Disputes relating to the use of the Site itself are subject to the competent court at the place of registration of the Operator, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
Disputes arising from a specific commodity transaction are governed exclusively by the relevant Sales Contract / SPA, including the governing-law and dispute-resolution provisions set out there. These Terms do not apply to such disputes and do not override the contract.
Changes to these Terms
The Operator may amend these Terms at any time by publishing the revised text on this page. The effective date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Site after a revision constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
