Harvest and sown area

Harvest figures are the position on 1 October, not a full-season close. Grain is in initially recorded weight. Sown area is the annual total for all agricultural crops, up 160,000 hectares. Grain harvest growth of 38.5% ran ahead of the 12.3% rise in area. Crop-specific harvested area was not supplied, so no yield per hectare is stated.
