Ready-Milled Flour When the Buyer Does Not Run a Mill
MOSTAGRO already sells wheat flour into Afghanistan in 50 kg bags and 1 MT big-bags — that packing is on the Afghanistan grain market page. This product page is the flour SKU itself: Russian wheat bakery flour under GOST 26574-2017 (“Wheat bakery flour. Specifications”), in force in Russia since 1 January 2019. We do not quote GOST R 52189-2003: that standard was withdrawn in the Russian Federation on 1 September 2019.
GOST 26574-2017 names six grades: Extra, Highest, Krupchatka, First, Second and Wholemeal. First Grade is the usual baker’s export lot for naan and commercial bread programmes. Extra, Highest and Krupchatka are finer or stronger bakery lots when the mill specifies them. Second Grade and Wholemeal are available when the buyer wants a coarser or whole-wheat extraction. Ash is a GOST maximum on dry matter (First Grade ≤0.75%). Protein in the table below is an average reference (First Grade 10.6 g/100 g), not a guaranteed minimum. Moisture, gluten and the accepted band for the named grade are locked on the Sales Contract.
The grain behind the flour is Russian milling wheat under GOST 9353-2016. Flour protein is not the same number as wheat protein; mill extraction and the named GOST 26574-2017 grade decide the flour figure. Packing is 50 kg PP woven bags and 1 MT big-bags (FIBC). That matches Afghan distribution points that offload without silos, and other inland plants that intake bagged flour. Smaller retail packs can be discussed; they are not the default export unit. Grain buyers who mill locally should stay on milling wheat. This page is for ready-milled bakery flour.
Delivery to Afghanistan is DAP via Iran. Other markets are FOB Novorossiysk or CIF to the named port — see FOB Novorossiysk. Inspection is SGS (or a named surveyor). Settlement is escrow against shipping documents. There is no public USD list price. A 24-hour quote comes from /contact.

How We Ship Wheat Flour
The same 50 kg / 1 MT formats used on the Afghanistan market page.
50 kg PP Bags
Woven polypropylene — the standard unit for Afghan naan programmes and for mills that intake bagged flour. Palletised or in slings.
1 MT Big-Bags
FIBC with inner liner. Preferred where there is no silo — including DAP Afghanistan via Iran and other inland plants.
FOB / CIF Sea
Bagged flour on Black Sea stems, typically FOB Novorossiysk, or CIF to the named port in Turkey, Iran, Egypt and beyond.
Flour to Afghanistan, Turkey, Iran and Egypt
Afghanistan is the market that already buys flour from this desk in 50 kg bags and big-bags. Read the corridor, Incoterms and offload notes on Russian wheat and flour to Afghanistan. DAP via Iran is the working term. Bakeries that need naan flour without a local mill take this SKU; Afghan mills that grind themselves take milling wheat instead.
Other destinations are quoted FOB or CIF. Turkish buyers who blend local wheat may still want a bagged baker’s lot — Turkey CIF Mersin. Iranian importers use Caspian / Bandar Abbas (and the same Iran land bridge that feeds Afghanistan). Egyptian traders who lift grain can ask for bagged flour on Egypt GASC & mills.
Pulses are a separate booking: yellow peas, lentils, Kabuli chickpeas, overview at /products/pulses. Feed protein is sunflower meal. Flour stays on this page.

Wheat Flour — Common Questions
What grade of wheat flour do you export?
Russian wheat bakery flour under GOST 26574-2017. The six grades in that standard are Extra, Highest, Krupchatka, First, Second and Wholemeal. First Grade is the usual baker’s export lot (ash not more than 0.75% dry matter; protein 10.6 g/100 g as an average reference, not a guaranteed minimum). The other five grades are available on contract. We do not quote GOST R 52189-2003 — that standard was withdrawn in Russia on 1 September 2019. Lot lab values for the named grade are locked when we quote.
How is wheat flour packed?
Standard export packing is 50 kg PP woven bags and 1 MT big-bags (FIBC). That is the format already used on the Afghanistan market page. Smaller retail packs can be discussed on contract.
Do you deliver flour DAP Afghanistan?
Yes. Bagged flour moves overland via Iran under DAP Afghanistan. Other markets are quoted FOB Novorossiysk or CIF to the named port. Grain buyers who mill locally should see milling wheat; this page is for ready-milled flour.
