Name the meal type on the contract so the mill does not receive sunflower or rapeseed meal in place of soybean meal.

FOB / CFR / CIF Export
FOB Novorossiysk is the load-port stem when the buyer nominates the vessel. CFR adds ocean carriage. CIF also includes cargo insurance for the sea leg. Discharge and inland haulage stay with the buyer unless the contract says otherwise.
Inspection and Documents
Inspection is SGS or a named surveyor per lot, against the contractual specification. Escrow releases against shipping documents (typically B/L, phytosanitary, certificate of origin and the inspection report). Same desk process as how we work.
